As of January 19, 2025, Luxurious Weddings Ltd is an e-commerce brand that sources 70% of its products through dropshipping. We are dedicated to bringing you the finest products available.

However, we do not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any information provided on our website. The descriptions and images of products and services are for illustrative purposes only and may vary from the actual product or service.
4. Ordering and Payment
By placing an order on our website, you agree to provide accurate and complete information. All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion.
Payment for products and services must be made in full at the time of purchase, unless otherwise agreed upon. We accept payment methods as indicated on our website. All prices are in New Zealand dollars and are inclusive of applicable taxes, fees, and shipping charges.
5. Shipping and Delivery
We will make every effort to ensure that products are shipped and delivered in a timely manner. However, we are not responsible for any delays or damages caused by third-party shipping providers. Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.
6. Dropshipping Disclaimer
As a significant portion of our products are sourced through dropshipping, Luxurious Weddings Ltd acts as an intermediary between our customers and third-party suppliers. While we carefully select suppliers to ensure product quality, we do not handle the shipping process directly. Therefore, we are not fully responsible and will not be held liable for any damages, delays, or issues that occur during transit. If you experience any problems with your order, please contact us, and we will assist in resolving the issue with the supplier to the best of our ability.
Under New Zealand consumer law, we do not need to provide a customer with a replacement or refund simply because they changed their mind. However, we may choose to extend this option to our customers.
7. Product Availability
We strive to keep all our products updated and in stock, but sometimes this can be out of our control. If an item becomes out of stock at the time of ordering, we will do our best to find another supplier to fulfill your order. We source products from thousands of places to bring you the best price and high quality. We reserve the right to cancel an order if the item is out of stock, though we will try our best to fulfill your order.
8. Returns and Refunds
We strive for customer satisfaction and will handle returns and refunds on a case-by-case basis. If you are not satisfied with a product or service, please contact us within [insert number of days] of receiving the product or service to discuss the issue. We reserve the right to refuse returns or refunds for products that have been used, damaged, or altered.
If a customer claims a product they received was faulty, we will investigate the matter and reserve the right to request evidence of the fault and obtain information regarding the customer's use and enjoyment of the product. We will determine if the product was legitimately faulty through no fault of the customer. If so, we will remedy the situation with a replacement, exchange, or refund in the form of store credit.
However, we have the right to refuse a refund or other remedy if the product is not faulty and the customer simply changes their mind about a product or service. Moreover, Luxurious Weddings Ltd does not have to repair a damaged product if the damage is due to the consumer’s fault. We are not required to provide remedies for customers in every situation, such as when the customer:

Does not use the product correctly or alters it, e.g., by not reading the instructions.

Damages or disposes of it after delivery.

Knows about the fault when they buy the product.

9. Orders and Customisation
All made-to-fit apparel is custom-made at the time of order. If you have not sent in your own measurements, then the item will be ordered in the size you chose at the time of ordering. Measurements that are sent in are final and binding unless you have been informed that you still have time to change your mind or make alterations.
Cancellation Policy for Made-to-Order Items:

Customers may cancel their order within 24 hours of purchase at no charge.

Cancellations after 24 hours will incur a 5% restocking fee to cover production and labor costs.
Custom-made items can take between 2 weeks for suits and 6-8 weeks for some bridal gowns. This is also written in our Help Centre, on product pages, and on size guide pages across the website. We will not be held liable for measurements sent in that are incorrect or for weight gain/loss and items not fitting due to incorrect measuring or weight gain/loss over the production time. Always allow extra room for this. We cannot be held liable.
