At Luxurious Weddings, we strive to process and deliver your orders as efficiently as possible. Here's what you need to know:
- Order Processing: All orders placed before 2pm on weekdays are usually processed the same day. However sometimes payments can take a day to clear depending on your payment method for this reason we ask to Please allow 1-2 days for processing and payments.
- Urgent Orders: If you are ordering suits or gowns and need them urgently, please check with us to ensure we can meet your timeline. Most of our Suits are Made-to-Fit & are made at the time of order please check if unsure
- Custom Suits: Most of our suits are custom-made to fit. You can either choose your size Via the size chart or if there is a Customised Option then this means you have the option to have the suit made exactly to your measurements (Made-to-Fit) Please See our Custom Tailoring page at the footer for more Details
- Bridal Gowns: Bridal gowns may be ready to order or Made-to-Fit. If you're unsure, please ask to avoid disappointment with late orders. Made-to-Fit Gowns generally take 10-15 weeks to Make depending on how busy our Manufacturers are. We do not have every gown instore if there is a made-to-fit gown you are interested in trying on we normally ask 20% of the dress cost to order in a sample dress which if you ultimately choose this as your dress is taken from the price when purchasing, The 20% Cost helps us Cover costs to Order and Ship your sample dress in
We diligently track all orders throughout the shipping process. Rest assured, someone is always monitoring the tracking. If you haven't received your tracking details, please reach out to our team, and we'll provide them as soon as possible.

Payment Options
At Luxurious Weddings, we offer a variety of payment options to suit your needs:
- Credit Cards: We accept all major credit cards.
- Cash (In Store): Pay with cash when you visit us in store.
- Bank Transfer: Available on request for your convenience.
- Laybuy: Choose your deposit and set your payment schedule to suit your budget.
- Afterpay: Buy now and pay later with Afterpay.
While most payments are processed the same day there are some that do take a day to process depending on the payment method orders are processed Monday-Friday (Workdays) Any orders placed over the weekend will be processed on the Monday as payments don't clear over the weekend
All payments are processed through our secure payment system, ensuring your information is protected. We do not store or keep your payment information unless you have requested us to do so.

Returns Policy
At Luxurious Weddings, we aim to make the return process as smooth as possible for our customers. Here’s how it works:
- Customer Responsibility: All returns are at the customer’s expense for Change of Mind or Didn't arrive on time for an Event due to Not ordering ahead of time Our Processing and Order Delivery times are Well Noted on the Website, if you're unsure Ask.
- Repackaging & Courier Service: You can repackage your item and order a courier to your door for free using the NZ Post tool here: https://www.nzpost.co.nz/tools/bookapickup/address. Alternatively we have a Self Returns Portal in the footer of the Website and Available through your Customer Account top right of the website on desktop or bottom of the drop down menu on mobile
- Return Address: Please return items to: 222 High St Motueka, Tasman 7120
- Store Credit: All returns will be credited to your online account as store credit, with some exceptions on a case by case basis

- Free Shipping: We offer free shipping to all New Zealand and Australian customers, as well as some international destinations.
- International Shipping Costs: For countries further away from New Zealand, a shipping cost may apply.
- Expedited Delivery: Need your items faster? We have expedited delivery options available depending on the item. Please get in touch with us to arrange this service at courier costs to you.
- Delivery Times: Standard delivery times are currently up to 7 Working days minimum However, please allow up to 10 working days for some items. We strive to keep delivery times as short as possible.
- Preferred Delivery Services: We use NZ Post, Aramex, Courier Post, DHL and Standard Epacket International for our deliveries.

Customization Information
At Luxurious Weddings, we pride ourselves on offering personalized and custom-made options to ensure you look your best for any occasion.
Men's Suits:
- Custom Fit: Our suits are made to fit your order. Whether you select a standard size or provide your measurements, each suit is made at the time of order.
- Production Time: Please allow 10 working days for production, followed by postage time.
Bridal Gowns:
- Ready to Order: Some of our bridal gowns are ready to order and ship from the United States. These typically take around 10 working days to reach New Zealand or Australia.
Custom Fit: All customized made-to-fit gowns have different production times depending on the type of gown you require. Please allow up to 6 weeks for a made-to-fit gown. If you are unsure whether a gown is ready to order or made to fit, please ask to avoid any disappointment with late orders.
International Shipping:
- We ship internationally to North America, South America, Europe, Asia, Oceania, and Africa.
- Shipping Times: Vary for different regions, so please check with us for specific delivery times.
