Due to the custom nature of made-to-order gowns, we do not accept returns. However, if there is an issue with the quality or fit of your gown, please contact us within 7 days of receiving it, and we will work with you to resolve the issue.

Yes depending on where the dress is coming from we can but we do charge a non-refundable shipping cost and if you decide this is dress you want we will deduct that cost from the dress purchase,
