What are your shipping times?

Our current shipping times are just under 7 days, from processing to delivery at your door. If there’s any delay, we’ll notify you via email.

Where can I track my order?

You can track your order at the bottom of our home page under “Track My Order.” Once your order has been processed and packaged, you’ll receive an email with your tracking details. Our team checks orders daily, and if there are any delays, we’ll keep you informed.

I’m looking for a certain item. Can you help?

Absolutely! We love sourcing products. If you’re after something specific, let us know. Send us photos of something similar or describe what you have in mind, and we’ll hunt it down and get it in stock for you at no extra charge.

Where are you based?

We’re located in Motueka, Nelson. We maintain a certain amount of inventory in New Zealand, but our product selection is constantly changing. If you need something by a specific date, please ask in advance or inquire if we have that product in stock locally. Our usual ordering process takes around 7 days until we receive the item.

Do you only do weddings?

No, we’re not limited to weddings. We’re a Formal Wear Store For Men & Women and Special Events Party supplies catering to all formal events. Additionally, we have a sister store opening soon that will cover all things events, so keep an eye out for that!

How do I choose a size or color variant on a product page?

When you’re on a product page, click the dropdown menu for size or color. As you select the desired option, the photo should change to reflect your choice. If you’re unsure, feel free to use our online chat, and one of our team members will assist you. Sizing charts are normally at the end of the product photos or there is a sizing chart link next to the product price.

Can I pre-order or bulk order?

Certainly! We offer pre-orders with a 20% deposit.
